She enters the password, checks the box to save it. No matter how many times she enters the password in the dialog box, about an hour or two later the dialog box comes up again, the password is NOT saved. It's on again off again but lately Customer B says its multiple times per day and she's tired of it. So far the problem has been thwarting me for about a month now, maybe 6 weeks. Doing some experimenting I removed Kaspersky from her machine just to test, no difference. Customer A has ESET NOD32 for AV and Customer B has(had) Kaspersky Internet Security 2020. Mostly for her it's the GoDaddy account which causes the password prompt.īoth customers have Windows 10 20.04 and both have Office 365. And random in its not all three at the same time.Ĭustomer B - An IMAP Gmail account and her own domain hosted with GoDaddy (POP). His is more random, probably weekly that Outlook "forgets" the password and re-prompts him.
